Not only do we custom build our agitators to your individual specifications, we will also look after your investment by providing you with a complete package including, a full service, repair and maintenance program.

After a period of time we will comprehensively do a complete analysis of your agitator, evaluating a full check list of the major components making sure that the agitator is working 100%.If your agitator requires attention we will provide you with a detailed report of the analysis and guide you as to the most cost effective way to maintain and/or repair your agitator.

We at AADS with our highly experienced team will also provide you with an efficiently run workshop where your concrete agitator can be repaired and looked after. We have an all inclusive service, from the moment the truck comes into the workshop, where you will be greeted, to a detailed inspection that will be carried out by an experienced team member. This report will determine what is required and how it is to be repaired.

Emergency Breakdown Service:

In the rare event of a malfunction whilst operating the concrete agitator, we can dispatch one of our "EMERGENCY RESPONSE" vehicles to help. This recovery unit is fully equipped to handle most breakdown events that can occur. With an experienced team member we can provide you with a prompt and efficient service to get things in working order, so you can continue using the agitator without either the concrete hardening in the barrel (which can result in the loss of the barrel) or losing operating time.

Onsite Service:

To compliment our products we can offer onsite agitator services to maintain your purchase with our fully equipped service vehicle. We will come to you with our experienced team member and complete an analysis of the entire agitator and present you with an in-depth report of the condition of your agitator .We will continue to carry out the service and give you piece of mind that your agitator has been thoroughly looked after.

Transportation of goods:

You can be rest assured that your agitators, new & rebuilt barrels will be delivered safely, installed and on time with our AADS crane. We can also provide a service with our crane truck to accommodate large Australian Companies with the transportation of their barrels and agitators.

Concrete Plants:

With our knowledge of the concrete industry as a whole, we at AADS can also provide a service to maintain the actual concrete plants that provide the concrete to the trucks. We can look after the overhead bins, ground bins, weigh hoppers, aggregate & sand bins, just to name a few.
